Cancer and Life Coaching

I am a 15 year survivor so I know from experience how scary those words can be. I also know that our attitudes around that cancer can determine the quality of life we have during our treatment and beyond. Cancer can be an opportunity to look at our mortality and understand we all will die eventually, luckily, many cancers are treatable and as 2 millions of us know, we can live a long and happy life after cancer.

I have found through my working with cancer survivors many of us don't fit in our previously happy lives. The cancer experience changes us down to our core.  When the doctor tell us our treatment is done, instead of being elated by that good news, many are scared to death, depressed and stuck in a unfamiliar limbo type space.

Life coaching is a way to look forward, to reconnect with your values and priorities and embrace the cancer experience. It's a way to find your purpose, live your dreams and have a safe, caring environment with the accountability necessary to reach your potential.
